Unbelievable, that woman belongs in a straight jacket. That ought to be replayed across every channel, every hour of the day, but it won't.If the media had any integrity, neither this clown nor the empty suit would have made it this far.
If it were not so sad, I would laugh at her total stupidity.
MK, it should be played on the media but it won't be. Gramma, problem is I think she believes it
I couldn't help but laugh. It is so idiotic, one can hardly help it. I too believe Pelosi thinks that totally made sense. Worse, that there was nothing wrong with the sentiment.Yeesh. I don't see what LA sees in that woman.~
Actually, her statement is about as close to the truth as she has ever been. Democrats do not intend for the American people to know what is in that bill until after it is passed. It is very much 'cramming it down our throats'.No, what amazes me is the arrogance of her statement. You see, this is what politicians actually do believe. We have to correct this, American People. We have to do it in November. As for LA ... I won't comment about his fascination with Nancy Pelosi because he's my friend no matter what disgusting things he does that no one besides me knows about.Mustang out
Leslie, if we would just understand what they are trying to doMustang, just a rare moment of candor. Also, this was in front of a friendly audience. It wasn't meant for us. I'm starting to worry about LA with what you guys are saying.
Pass the bill to find out what is in it? Gah!According to an email I received yesterday:Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada is proving once again the maxim that darkness hates the light. Buried in his massive amendment to the Senate version of Obamacare is Reid's anti-democratic poison pill designed to prevent any future Congress from repealing the central feature of this monstrous legislation!Beginning on page 1,000 of the measure, Section 3403 reads in part: ". it shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection." In other words, if President Barack Obama signs this measure into law, no future Senate or House will be able to change a single word of Section 3403, regardless whether future Americans or their representatives in Congress wish otherwise!! If true, no wonder Pelosi said what she said!
That quote should be replayed in television ads.
AOW, I have heard about that. I wonder if it has any relevance at all or if a future Congress can just ignore it. I have a hard time believing it would stand in court. That isn't saying it is not sleazy and arrogant...Wordsmith, if only we had GOP leaders with a pair
