Obama Has Lost It

They talk about me like a dog.

Barrack Obama

First, this is what happens when he goes off message from his teleprompter. He needs to read the damned thing and stop winging it.

The point is though that it seems as if our President is losing it.

This is not the comment of the leader of the free world, this is the comment of someone sitting in a dark room talking to himself, rocking back and forth, and railing against unseen enemies.

One wonders what the rest of the world thinks when they see this. Does it instill confidence when the President of the United States, the defender and policeman of the free world, is exhibiting such petty and paranoid behavior? Do they worry that this man literally has his finger on the button?

More importantly, is this a sign of things to come?

What will he be like when he faces actual political adversity? What will he do when the GOP retakes the House and at the very least ties up the Senate with the Democrats holding a slim majority?

What will he do when the hearings start? How will he react when the GOP starts asking questions that should have been asked long ago? Questions about his relationship with ACORN. Questions about why he let 3 New Black Panther Party members harass voters at the polls and drop the charges against them. Questions about firing a Justice Department investigator that was investigating a friend of his wife's.

What will he do when he actually has to work with the GOP on a bipartisan basis instead of having show conferences to attempt to pretend he is willing to work with them?

There's a part of me that thinks this comment was humorous, just another example of Obama's idiocy and petulance.

At the same time, I think the comment may be a little disturbing and possibly a harbinger of things to come.

Honestly, I don't know what to make of BO's dog comment other than to say that it was a stupid thing to say.

Let's see... his spoiled brat dog gets veal birthday cakes and travels in his own jet... I don't think that's all that bad.

The only thing missing from, “They talk about me like a dog,” is the obligatory and always following “Thit.”

Always knew he had glass jaw and was a deeply insecure and precious man. A true leftist obongo, happy to dish it out to all and sundry but cannot take an ounce of it coming back at him.

Cube, so what he is saying is that his critics feed him veal while he is traveling?

Mustang, right

MK, you nailed it. He cannot handle criticism

What a lovely picture of a whiny communist. How unfortunate he is the President of the U.S.

As the lefties say, "Yeah, but George Bush...!"

I never heard him whining...

Leslie, it's called class (or lack thereof in Obama's case)

This man is such a slap in the face to the American people. Americans generally like divided government as a means of checks and balances. And yet in 2008, they handed the presidency to the most thinly qualified, least accomplished person in our history. And at the same time strengthened his hand in Congress, to the point where only 14% of our nation's history has seen a president with a Congressional hand so strong. 86% of the time, the president has had less strength of his own party in Congress than we gave Barack Obama in 2008.

And all this generosity was handed to him on the strength of his words and promise to be a consensus builder.

What we got instead is a mean-spirited, bitterly divisive far left ideologue, intent on uncompromisingly shoving a radical agenda down our throats that we don't want.

Barack Obama is a bad president, but far more than a bad president, he is a heart breaking president. So stunningly bad. So nasty and arrogant. A person of stink-ridden character.

At the exact time where we so desperately needed solutions, we got this fiercely partisan perpetual campaigner, in bed with the big banks and the unions, as real people sink deeper and deeper and the news media just circles the wagons around him.

America has not been so anguished in any of our lifetimes.

yesterday's WaPo and from a Dem at that:

One of the unintended results of the redecoration of the Oval Office was the downsizing of Barack Obama. In last week's prime-time address to the nation, the president sat behind a massive and capaciously empty desk, looking somehow smaller than he ever has...

The president needs someone to look into the camera so that, when the light goes on and he says, "Good evening," he looks commander in chiefish: big....the way things are going, the American people are going to fire him.

BHO is going to have a huge meldown. He can't stand dissent. Danger, Will Robinson! BHO holds executive powers and may try to govern by fiat.

And yet wasn't it those hypocrites on the left that touted to all of us it's patriotic to dissent... hippies stink!

I'm no doctor, but I would say that Obama is obviously a malignant narcissist!

Excellent post, Chuck.

Let Obama get off the TOTUS and he shows his true colors.

Glenn, thanks for stopping by. Good points. Amazingly though, they still can't seem to get done what they want to.

AOW, I think you nailed it. We will see a steady stream of executive orders. I wonder how much stomach the Dems in Congress will have for this?

Steve, correct. Unless of course we are dissenting the destruction of the US then this isn't patriotic. Idiots, all of them

Brooke, he borders on being sociopathic with is disregard for what the public wants.
