What Do You Think About This?

Party Chiefs Predict Victory in Battle for House

You can read the article but it is mostly predictable, the RNC Chair Michael Steele says they are going to have a massive day, DNC Chair Tim Kaine says the Dems are going to hold on. Essentially they are doing their jobs.

Steele is making a case for a wave election with the political climate being in favor of the GOP and against Obama and the Dems.

Kaine is saying that early numbers show the analysts could be wrong.

What do you think one week out, which is it?

Is it a wave election? Will the Dems get swept out in an anti-incumbent frenzy?

Are the analysts wrong? Will the Dems hold on? Will their ground game save them? Will the Dems be able to "dig up" enough votes to keep them in office? Will the Dem's get out the vote efforts rule the day? Keep in mind ACORN is not the factor it has been in the last 2 elections.

At the time of writing this I am watching Fox News. Even "Baghdad Bob" Beckel is conceding that this could be a GOP election. It doesn't get much more doom and gloom for the Dems than for him to admit that they are in trouble.

Finally, these two links for RCP may help you decide.

BATTLE FOR THE SENATE

BATTLE FOR THE HOUSE

Bagdad Bob?!? LOL!!!

If this election goes to the Dems it will have to be because of ACORN style fraud. People can't touch Obama for his economic failure, so they will do the next best thing... Vote out Dems.

I'm hoping for a big victory, but I'm not sure that it's a done deal. We can't let our side get complacent and stay home on election day. We've got to vote out the dems. Next election, we vote out the RINOs.

The Demonkkkrat motto, if you can't earn it, steal it!
Look for massive voter fraud, intimidation, lost ballots and of course no votes for our overseas military folks in those areas that are closely contested.
It ai't over til it's over or as another one said, it ain't over til the fat lady sings.l She ain't done singing yet so look out.

Chuck, I have just posted on my blog (Jus'Sayin') what I think is a very insightful look into the upcoming elections. I found it in one of my old stomping grounds newspapers editorial sections. I think you and others will enjoy it.

"Will the Dems get swept out in an anti-incumbent frenzy?"

The only thing stopping that from happening is stupid republicans who still won't get it.

Brooke, it's an apt analogy.

Cube, I think the GOP could win big.

Ticker, there is a lot more attention on this election, fraud may be harder to come by

MK, agreed

I think the House goes GOP. I think the Senate is still in play... either way.

Don't forget about things like this that are going on. I wonder how many other places this is happeniing.

Pramila Jayapal, head of OneAmerica Votes, says:
"Immigrants really do matter,". "If we can't vote ourselves, we're gonna knock on doors, or get family members to vote."
In Seattle, illegal immigrants going door-to-door for Democratic candidates.

Rampant fraud in Harris Co. Texas as well in several areas of Northern Colorado where over 6000 fraudulent voting cases were found on the early voting ballots. Mulitply that by all the districts where the races are suppose to be close plus count in the disenfranchised military votes and you have stolen elections in many parts of the country.

LA, that's where I'm at

Phil, I heard the local GOP is okay with it. Are we the only sane ones left?

Ticker, it will need to be watched

Tim Kaine, former governor of Virginia, is an ass.

Now, I'm no great fan of Michael Steele's, but I'll give more credence to his prediction any day.

AOW, Howard Dean and now Kaine. The DNC is on quite a streak of geniuses isn't it?

"The DNC is on quite a streak of geniuses isn't it?"

Yea, they have sunk as low as the GOP with it choice of their "genius" Steele.
In Texas we'd call him a post turtle.

Ticker, I like Steele as a person but have been sorely disappointed in him as RNC chair.
