Basically the speaker was Dan Savage, an anti-bullying activist. He was speaking at the National High School Journalism Conference.

He was talking about the intolerance of Christians and attacking the bible. When he started his tirade a group of students from Christian schools stood and walked out. He then proceeded to attack and swear at them to cheers and howls of laughter from the audience.

I will say, liberals do love irony.

Agree Or Disagree

I have posted several times in response to public school policies that seem absurd to me.

A school in Texas would not let two sisters wear t-shirts with the logo for Home For Our Troops on them because it violated the school dress code of not allowing shirts without collars.

Is this a case of political correctness run amok or should everyone have to follow the rules?

Notice in the article that this was not the first time the mother had violated the school dress code.

Further, are we seeing the "troop card" played too much?

Before anyone gets bent out of shape, think about it.

I have always used this blog to support our men and women in the armed forces. I have used it to call out transgressions against the troops. I think I have actually written about this group a few years ago. It is a great organization and has a presence here in West Michigan.

I ask again though, is there a limit to when and how often people can cry wolf when they do not get their way?

Do you think the troops are fighting in harms way for American citizens to flaunt law and public and/or school policy?

Or is this a case of intolerance by the school district? It certainly would not be the first time a school has banned troop support in their district. We all know the public school system is far-left at it's very core. Is this just a case of a school pushing it's political agenda?

For a bonus, read the comments that accompany the article. As of this writing, they were coming out in pretty strong support of the school. Many from vets.

What Do You Think About This?

I posted at fellow blogger Brooke's site, PaleoCon Command Center, this last weekend. Her post was about a painting inspired by the Trayvon Martin case. The picture was disturbingly racist and credit to her for being willing to expose it. Part of the side conversation was that it is going to be a long summer.

I think we are going to see a lot of rioting this summer.

There is a lot of unrest on the left.

There are racial tensions, largely because of the lack of jobs. This is especially ironic considering that they will not be rioting against the source of the lack of jobs, Barack Obama.

We also have not seen the last of the 99% idiots by a long shot. I think a lot of the mainstream turds in this movement have gotten bored with it and are back home with their wealthy parents resuming their parasitical lives. What will be left over this summer are the socialists, communists, and anarchists. These are people that spend their free time burning police cars, shitting on the front porch of law-abiding citizens, and throwing garbage cans through the windows of stores owned by people committing the heinous crime of trying to make a living.

These people are like cockroaches that have come scurrying out from under the fridge when the 99%'ers started in.

I think we will see rioting in Chicago for the NATO summit, rioting at both conventions, and just general mayhem.

We will see rioting at the drop of a hat at any slight, real or imagined.

As an example, wait and see what happens if George Zimmerman is acquitted. This is a likely scenario given the evidence presented so far. Take an emotionally charged case, have the professional race baiters of Jackson and Sharpton along with the usual idiots in Congress screaming racism, add the New Black Panther Party. Then have the man acquitted and we have the ingredients for a good old fashioned riot.

I have a different take on all of this though.

I think it is going to be harmful to The One. I think it is going to more widespread and violent than last year and the media will not be able to control it.

Obama and the leadership of the Democratic Party have joined themselves at the hip with all of these people.

They have called the 99&’ers patriotic, which to them patriotism evidently means shitting on a police car.

They have not only shown strong support for the race-baiters in Florida but also have refused to ignore the public display of hatred and calls for violence by the NBPP.

Finally, we may actually see a sleeping giant in the GOP. There are several Republicans around the country, Mitt Romney, Donald Trump, the leadership of the RNC, etc. that are willing to say the king has no clothes.

This is one of the main reasons we lost in 2008, an absolute fear of speaking out against Obama.

Yes, this is going to be a long summer but it may lead to a nice fall…

I don't know about anyone else but my mind is made up. I was waiting to hear the opinion of Mike Tyson before I decided how I felt about this case.

Now that we have heard from all of the geniuses on the left, Rep Hank Johnson (Guam could tip over), Rep Bobby Rush (formerly of the Black Panther Party), Mike Tyson (convicted rapist), it is clear what we should all think.

-We are getting to the point that police are becoming afraid of pulling over a minority because of race-baiters.

The "Justice" Department is trying to sue Sheriff Joe for civil rights violations. He and the JD are in negotiations to settle the suit.

The feds are accusing of bad faith in his negotiations. Get this:

This is NBC's version of the tape:

Now, the real version:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. Or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about.

Dispatcher: OK, and this guy — is he black, white or Hispanic?
